About Me

I am a native Rhode Islander. Before retiring I served for thirty years as pastor of my home church, Perryville Bible Church in Wakefield, RI. My family currently resides in Delaware. I received my B.A. in Bible from Columbia International University, SC, (1984); an Evangelical Teaching Training Association teaching diploma, (1984); M.A. in Old Testament Studies, Columbia International University, (1994); and my Ph.D. from Salve Regina University (2013). My dissertation was titled “Belief in an Age of Technology: C. S. Lewis and Joseph Campbell on Myth and its Application to the Christian Faith in a Technological Society.”
